• Do Not eat or drink anything, including water, 6 hours prior to the procedure

• Wear loose and comfortable clothing

​

• Patients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of surgical procedure in order to give written consent for the procedure

​

• You must have a responsible adult physically present on the day of the procedure.  You can not go home alone by taxi, bus, subway, uber.  This is for your safety.

​

• If you take any medications, please check with Dr. Munarov’s office about taking any medicine on the day of surgery

​

• If you develop a cold, fever, or any acute illness, please contact Dr. Munarov’s office prior to the procedure

 

• Pregnant patients may only be treated with local anesthesia in our office and must be cleared by their OBGYN
